Tier Rescheduling Allowance

Unicorn 3 reschedules for the entire course period

Dragon 1 reschedule per month

Phoenix 2 reschedules per month

Important Notes:

• Students who have less than 5 sessions per week, regardless of their tier, will have 2 reschedules for the entire course period.

• Unused reschedules cannot be carried over to the next month.

• Any reschedule requests beyond the allowance will be considered as cancelled sessions.

This policy is not meant to limit you — this is to protect your growth, your flow, your rhythm, and your investment. This way you do not lose pace, your confidence keeps expanding, and your commitment stays anchored and sharp. And this also ensures fairness and respect for time slots for everyone in our community.
